This is our future family member, Isaiah. His Chinese name is Xiao Wu Tong and he will be 4 years old in September. Please pray for us as we travel to China to bring him home on July 30th, returning on August 13th! We will try to update this blog while in China, however be advised that the Chinese gov't has recently blocked several websites, including blogs.

ReplyDeleteI am so excited for you guys. The day is here and I just can't believe it. You both have been amazing through this 3.5 yr process. I have seen so much patience and trusting in God through the both of you. I can't wait to hug Isaiah. We will be praying the whole time you are away and we will take good care of little Mae Mae!! Dad and I are so happy to have another grandchild. What a great mom and dad God has chosen for little Isaiah. He will be given every opportunity to come to know the true and living God and for this we are so thankful. And could he have a better big sister? what a blessing Maris will be in his life. Your little guy looks like he just can't wait to meet his new family! What a lucky kid - he will be surrounded by love not only from his wonderful parents and sister, but aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and friends. And I'm sure we will all be blessed by knowing him as well. It's just so exciting! I'll be praying for you daily.
